Photography & Media Consent
As part of our commitment to enhancing the learning experience and promoting our programmes, EIAPD may document training sessions through photography and video recordings. By registering for this course, you will have the option to consent to photography and media use. If you agree, you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Purpose of Photography & Recording
- Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the training for documentation, educational, and promotional purposes.
- These materials may be used on EIAPD’s website, social media platforms, newsletters, brochures, and other promotional materials.
- Consent & Voluntary Participation
- Participation in photography and media use is voluntary. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please indicate your preference during registration or inform the course organizers on-site.
- If you choose not to participate, we will ensure that you are not included in any identifiable photos or recordings.
- Use of Images & Privacy
- Photos and recordings will be used responsibly, ensuring they reflect the professional and educational nature of the event.
- No images will be sold, and personal details (such as full names) will not be shared without additional consent.
- Withdrawal of Consent
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing at [email protected].
- Upon withdrawal, we will ensure that you are no longer included in future photos or recordings. If you request the removal of previously published materials, we will review your request and accommodate it where possible, in accordance with applicable laws.
