Step 1: Register
Submit your registration to reserve your place in the course. There is no application or selection process. You can register directly for any course that interests you.
Registration reserves a place for you should the course take place, but does not yet confirm that the course will run.
Step 2: Prepare Documents
During registration, you can let us know if you require documents to support your participation, such as an invitation letter or an Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email, including any requested documents.
Step 3: Final Confirmation
Around 12 weeks before the course start date, we will contact registered participants to ask them to reconfirm their participation. This reconfirmation is binding.*
The course will be officially confirmed only after the required minimum number of reconfirmations has been reached. We will inform participants once the course is confirmed to take place.
Step 4: Invoicing
Invoices will be sent 10 weeks prior to the course start date and must be paid by 28 days prior to the course start date.*
