How does the booking process work?
Step 1: Register
Submit your registration to secure your spot.
Step 2: Save the Date
Upon registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with any necessary documents. Be sure to mark your calendar!
Step 3: Final Confirmation
10 weeks before the course start date, we will reach out to confirm your participation. This confirmation is binding*.
Step 4: Invoicing
Invoices will be sent 8 weeks prior to the course start date and must be paid by 28 days prior to the course start date.*
Step 5: Attend and Learn
Join the course and gain valuable knowledge!

When is payment due for courses?
All course fees must be paid in full at least 28 calendar days before the course start date. If you register less than 28 days before the start date, full payment is required immediately upon booking. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your course, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 28 days before the course start: Full refund of fees paid.
- 28 to 8 days before the course start: 50% of the total tuition fees are payable.
- 7 days or less before the course start: Full tuition fees are payable, and 25% of accommodation fees, if applicable.

What happens if a course gets canceled or rescheduled?
In the event that a course is canceled or rescheduled, you will not be charged for the course. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund of the full invoice amount. For circumstances beyond our control, please refer to the "Force Majeure" section of our terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided under Force Majeure events, which may include natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, and other unforeseen disruptions.
Are there any prerequisites for attending the course?
That depends! Some of our English courses are language level-dependent. If you're unsure about your level, feel free to reach out to us and we can assist you. Many of our courses are open to all, even those with no prior knowledge. We value diverse experiences and believe that the best learning happens through shared perspectives.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Certificates of attendance are issued for every course and are dependent on your needs. Some sending institutions have their own certificates, other institutions welcome our EIAPD certificates. Please inform us or the trainer what kind of certificate you need. If you realize you need a certificate after the course, simply email us, and we’ll be happy to send you a PDF version.
What should I bring to the course?
A notebook and pen are always useful. For some courses, you may also need a laptop—your trainer will inform you if that’s required. If there are any specific items needed for your course, your trainer will let you know in advance.
Can I transfer my registration to another course?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another course if you are unable to attend, as long as it's within the 28-day cancellation period. Simply email us, and we’ll assist with the process. Changes made after this period may incur fees. See terms and conditions for details.
